Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND POLICY At Quality Choice Limo Inc., once a reservation is confirmed, the selected vehicle, chauffeur, and time slot are exclusively reserved for your event. Please review our policy carefully: 🔒 Paid in Full Bookings If a trip has been paid in full and is later canceled for any reason: • 35% of the total payment is non-refundable • The remaining balance may be eligible for a credit (at management discretion) to be used toward a future booking within 90 days. 💳 Deposits to Lock In a Date If a deposit is made to secure a date and vehicle: • All deposits are strictly non-refundable • Deposits are required to remove the vehicle from availability and confirm your reservation. ⚠️ Additional Terms • No-shows are considered completed reservations and are non-refundable. • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. • Any refund exceptions must be approved by management in writing. By submitting payment (deposit or full payment), you agree to these terms.
